摘要: 胺基钻井液体系DRABM 由抑制性优良的新型胺基抑制剂(SIAT)、包被剂、降滤失剂、润滑剂等处理剂 组成, 是中国石油集团钻井工程技术研究院自主研发的新型优质水基钻井液。泥页岩钻屑回收率测试表明胺基抑制剂 在泥页岩表面具有很强的吸附作用, 能有效抑制泥页岩的水化, 显著提高泥页岩钻屑的回收率。现场应用表明, 配套 的胺基钻井液体系能抑制大多数活性泥页岩的水化膨胀与分散, 提供良好的井壁稳定性。

Abstract: Amine-based drilling fluid system DRABM is a new-type high-quality water-based drilling fluid developed independently by CNPC Drilling Engineering and Technological Research Institute, which is composed of SIAT, inhibitor filtrate loss reducer and lubricant. The test of shale cutting recovery ratio indicates that SIAT has a strong adsorption effect on the surface of shale and is able to inhibit hydration of shale effectively and improve the shale cutting recovery ratio obviously. Field application shows that amine-based drilling fluid system can inhibit hydration swelling and dispersion of most of surfactant shale and keep a good stability of well wall.
